Web to Fax Demonstration Now Available

10 September 2001; New Westminster, BC:

ImageMAKER Development (formerly Spittin' Image Software) is now making available, for demonstration purposes, a web access point for sending arbitrary documents as Faxes.

This web site uses our Carrier-grade document conversion technology to convert uploaded documents into TIFF files, and then uses FTP to transfer them to to a technology partner for transmission as Faxes. The web site itself is running on Microsoft Windows NT4, and was developed on Windows 2000 Server.

The site is intended as a test for our Carrier-grade conversion product, and includes the ability to upload documents and recipient lists. Access to the fax service is logged in an ODBC database and can be charged if necessary.

The site is available at http://webfax.imgmaker.com/ if you wish to try it out. Guest access allows limited faxing; if you wish to test higher volumes, you may contact us at for a user ID and password.
