Exact Printing (What You Print Is What You Fax) Released 14 February 2001; New Westminster, BC: ImageMAKER Development and Spittin' Image Software are offering enhanced driver functionality for the ImageMAKER Print Capture drivers for Windows NT 4.0 and Win 2000 platforms (and soon to be released Windows XP platform) that provide the ability to 'emulate' the resolution of your desktop printer, creating TIFF documents that are formatted exactly the same as they are printed. We call this new feature 'Exact Printing', or 'What You Print Is What You Fax - WYPIWYF' formatting. A white paper on this subject is located here; a technical note is located here. This 'Exact Printing' functionality will be made available at no charge to all current ImageMAKER Development and Spittin' Image Software licensees that have Annual Support and Maintenance for these drivers in place.
